Celebrating Slippery Then and Now

​UK Platinum​: Bon Jovi and members of their production and management teams celebrate Slippery When Wet achieving Platinum record status in the UK.​ (March 1987)

Slippery When Wet Pendant​: Jon presents custom gold and diamond pedants with the Slippery When Wet road sign logo inside of a Superman shape to special members of the Bon Jovi "family." ​

The original batch of these necklaces was given to the band and management to celebrate the success of the Slippery When Wet Tour. Now, the gift is offered to people who have completed at least two world tours with the band or who have impacted Bon Jovi in other significant ways. Jon gifted his own personal necklace to his guitar teacher Al Parinello, who was buried with it.​
